The only place in the WORLD to get these new fishing lures is right here.

Making lures swim with erratic action; fishing lures with new tail lure design; Some lure ideas for hardbaits, swim baits, and crankbaits.

Back in the early 1990's, I had an idea to design a lure from an old fishing lure minnow- style hardbait that was fluttering on its side as I was retrieving it--which was caused by the knot sliding to the side of the tow eye.

After learning how to make fishing lures by experimenting and following the instructions in many of the available lure making manuals and books, I set out to make my own lures that swim with an actual dying minnow flutter rather than making the same old back and forth or side to side wiggle that all lures have. Perhaps anglers wanted a different lure action, a more realistic up and down tail flapping motion that struggling baitfish have.

By using ideas from the erratic action of lures that were fouled with the fishing line or the hooks, or were otherwise coming in abnormally, I tested many old fishing lures, devices and blades with many different shapes, bends, holes, weights, materials, and sizes.

Shad tail profile Maxota Blade The testing over several years produced what is now a Patented device with a frame and blade that is attached to a fishing lure making it pivot back and forth, or up and down, depending on its orientation to the fishing lure. The whole idea and goal was to attach a new and original device to old lures as well as new swimbaits, crankbaits, and other hardbait lures to impart a new lure action.

A bonus to the design is that it has the profile of a fishtail as well as the swimming action of a fish tail. As it turned out, it is an original design that produces an original fish lure action.
